Refund Policy

At Mow Better, we aim to provide the highest quality lawn care services. If you're not satisfied with the work we’ve done, please let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • One-time services: If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will either correct the issue or offer a partial refund based on the situation.

  • Recurring services: We do not offer refunds for recurring services that have already been completed. However, if you have concerns about a specific visit, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to address it.

 

Cancellations

  • If you cancel a service 24 hours or more before the scheduled time, you will not be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20 fee.
