By using the services of Mow Better, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 Services Provided

Mow Better provides lawn care services in the Treasure Valley, including:

  • Lawn Mowing

  • Trimming and Edging

  • Yard Cleanup

  • Hand Weed Removal

We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time. Service pricing, availability, and scheduling are subject to change.

Scheduling and Cancellations

​

  • Service Scheduling: All appointments are scheduled based on availability. You will receive a confirmation when your service is scheduled.

  • Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $20 fee.

  • No-Show Policy: If we arrive at the scheduled time and access to your yard is blocked (e.g., locked gates, pets outside), a $20 trip fee may apply.

 

 Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, check, and digital payment options (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal).

  • Billing: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late Payments: Any unpaid balances may incur a late fee of $10 per month.

 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring that our team has clear access to your yard at the time of service (e.g., unlocked gates, secure pets).

  • Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property (e.g., sprinkler systems, lawns, plants). Please notify us of any potential hazards before the service begins.

  • Undesirable Conditions: If we are unable to perform the service due to hazardous conditions (e.g., extreme weather, unsafe yard conditions), we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

 

 Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Mow Better is not responsible for damage to fences, trees, plants, or other landscaping features unless caused by our team’s direct negligence.

 Changes to Terms
